- If he will comment on the implications of his legislative proposals for British Rail upon the lines north and west of Inverness. (Failed OPQ). - As announced on Second Reading of the Railways Bill, ScotRail, with includes services north & west of Inverness, will be one of the first groups of services to be prepared by BR for franchising.
