- If HMG consider that Charity Commissioners are correct in regarding Section 1(5) of Reverter of Sites Act 1987 as giving rise to uncertainty & also in regarding situation arising under Section 1 of the Act to be wholly unsatisfactory & whether Govt propose to introduce amending legislation.
