When his officials will reply to the letters from Castle Morpeth Borough Council dated 8th November 1991, 28th January 1992, and 16th March 1992 requesting guidance on compulsory competitive tendering for leisure management. - Replied on 21 May 1992. I will send a copy of the letter to the hon. Member.
