- If he will estimate the number of (a) businesses, (b) employees and (c) self-employed persons who will be affected by the delay in making arrangements for the carrying out of sampling of shellfish in readiness for the necessity to comply with E.E.C. Directive 91/492/EEC and 91/493/ EEC.
