- If he will estimate total public expenditure to date on the Isle of Dogs Enterprise Zone including expenditure on land acquisition, reclamation and preparation, transport infrastructure including the Docklands Light Railway and London Docklands Development Corporation and Department of Transport expenditure on road schemes and expenditure incurred by virtue of the business rate and 100 per cent capital allowances provisions of the Enterprise Zone scheme. - Inc table & figures.
