- How often in the calendar years 1990 and 1991 he met trades unions officers (a) in NEDO at its committees and (b) in other contexts. - My rthon Friend the Chancellor & his predecessor attended two NEDC meetings in 1990 & two in 1991 & met officers of civil service unions twice in 1991.
