Further to 511 c1129 if "arrangement" referred to in paragraph 76 of report of the Charity Commission for 1988 (HC 319 1988/89) was followed up to 31 July 1988 in most cases of discontinued denominational voluntary schools, & was not justified as being cases which it was right for both departments to consider.
