What steps HMG are taking to implement report of Law Commission on Computer Misuse, to deal with modification of computer material including infestation by viruses, to deal with unauthorised access to computers with intent to commit a serious crime & to amend Theft Acts so that definition of "deception" incls deception of a machine.
