- What percentage of food premises in Wales were inspected by each local enforcement authority in each year since 1988; and what were the equivalent percentage figures for (a) food manufacturers, (b) restaurants and caterers and (c) food retailers. - Inc table & fact that WO will write & place copy of letter in Library with equivalent % figures for food manufacturers, restaurants & caterers & food retailers.
