- If he will publish his Department's definition of sustainable development; and to comment on the application of this concept to the work of his Department; to amend planning policy guidance notes produced by WO so as to include references on importance of environmentally sustainable approach to development of Welsh coastline; & to issue guidelines to planning authorities in Wales on application of environmental sustainability within planning process.
