How much money is currently allocated by the Overseas Development Administration to assist drought affected areas of Zambia and Zimbabwe; and what is the total tonnage of cereals which has been pledged to date to each country by the United Kingdom; what is timetable for delivery of pledges granted by Overseas Development Administration to drought-affected areas of Zambia & Zimbabwe.
