- Pursuant to his oral statement of 19th February, Official Report 204, columns 331-42, when he will be placing a contract to convert the Royal Navy's Lynx mark three helicopter to mark eight standard; how much this will cost; how much money will be spent in each of the next three years on this conversion; and when it will be completed. - Inc fact that overall cost will be in order of #20 million.
