How many inspections of food premises have been carried out by each local authority in Scotland under the Food Safety Act 1990; and how many of those inspections have resulted in (a) the issuing of improvement and emergency prohibition notices, (b) informal warnings letters or (c) the voluntary closure of companies. - Inc table.
