Answer: Mr. Hardy: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many prosecutions have been pursued for offences against the Breeding of Dogs Acts in the last 10 years; and what assessment he has made as to the efforts of local authorities to ensure that this measure is put into effect.
