Mr. Faulds: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what recent representations he has received regarding the guidance that his Department gives on contaminated land. [12520] Mr. Clappison: We have received some 300 responses to the consultation document published on 18 September on draft statutory guidance to be issued under part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
