Mr. Baker: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he plans to apply for the lifting of the injunction presently in force against The Mail on Sunday. [14696] Mr. Straw: No. The injunction remains necessary in order to prevent the publication of any further material which could damage national security. I would also refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Bury, South (Mr. Lewis), Official Report, column 215.
