Rowe to Mr. Keith Vaz, dated 21 July 1997: I am replying to your question to the Secretary of State for Defence regarding an analysis of the number of MOD civil servants by paybands. This matter falls within my area of responsibility as Chief Executive of the Pay & Personnel Agency. The information requested is contained in the table attached to this letter which I hope you find helpful.
