Mr. Kirkwood: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many people have had eye tests in Scotland in each of the last five years; and if he will make a statement. [21299] Lord James Douglas-Hamilton: I shall write to the hon. Member and arrange for a copy of the letter to be placed in the House Library.
