Mr. Llew Smith: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will update his answer of 11 July 1994, Official Report, column 436, on the use of organophosphate insecticides in Operation Granby, in light of the memorandum submitted by his Department to the Defence Select Committee on 26 February.
