Question: If he will place in the Library the briefing material prepared by his Department in support of the appearance by the then Minister for the Armed Forces, the Right honourable Member for Richmond and Barnes, on BBC 2's Newsnight programme on 5th July 1993 in respect of Gulf War illness. - No. Briefing material has been withheld under terms of the internal discussion and advice exemption in part 2 of the code of practice on access to Government information.
