Mr. Livingstone: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland for what reasons a licence is required for a fox farm in Northern Ireland. [21242] Mr. Ancram: A licence is required to set up the conditions for the importation and keeping of arctic foxes in terms of preventing their escape.
