Mr. Ben Chapman: To ask the President of the Board of Trade what assessment he has made of the effects of English language training for inward investment to the United Kingdom. [21218] Mr. Greg Knight: None. However studies have shown that the English language is an important factor for many overseas companies when considering an investment location in Europe.
