Dr. Hampson: To ask the Secretary of State for Health what estimate he has made of the savings to the NHS in fuel costs from the liberalisation of electricity supply. [21162] Mr. Horam: It is not possible to distinguish the effect of the liberalisation of electricity supply from other factors affecting fuel costs in the national health service.
