Question: Pursuant to his Answer of 31st January, Official Report, column 406W, if (a) a competent stockman is present on every sailing of the m.v. `Cap Afrique' from the United Kingdom when it is carrying livestock and (b) when animals are not accompanied by drivers on the m.v. `Cap Afrique' there is always a competent stockman on board.

Answer: Mr. Morley: To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, pursuant to his answer of 31 January, Official Report, column 406, if (a) a competent stockman is present on every sailing of the MV Cap Afrique from the United Kingdom when it is carrying livestock and (b) when animals are not accompanied by drivers on the MV Cap Afrique there is always a competent stockman on board.
