Answer

Mr. French: To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what changes are proposed to the cash limit for class III, vote 2-Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for 1996-97. [21265] Mr. Boswell: The cash limit for class III vote 2 for 1996-97 will be reduced by £280,000 from £892,586,000 to £892,306,000. This reduction covers the surrender by the Ministry to the Exchequer of funds matching payments to the tanning industry.
