Mr. Tim Smith: To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for what reasons quarantine kennels are omitted from the licensing and inspection regime under the Boarded Animal Establishment Act 1963. [19892] Mrs. Browning: Provision is made for the licensing and inspection of quarantine premises under the Rabies (Importation of Dogs, Cats and Other Mammals) Order 1974 (as amended).
