Mr. Pawsey: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport to which policy initiative he has devoted most funding in each of the last five years; and if he will make a statement on progress with each such initiative. [15084] Mr. Bowis: The annual transport reports give details of the Department's expenditure and progress with programmes. The 1997 transport report is due to be published on 20 March.
