Mr. Jacques Arnold: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what role he has in the co-ordination of Government policy towards Latin America. [15520] Sir Nicholas Bonsor: My right hon. and learned Friend the Foreign Secretary is responsible for the co-ordination of the foreign policy aspects of the United Kingdom's relations with Latin America.
