- What estimate he has made of the savings on the cost of flights to and from Italy and former Yugoslavia in support of the SFOR operation if such military flights were permitted to fly through Swiss airspace and if the Government of Switzerland have offered transit facilities for stabilisation force military traffic to and from Unauthorised operations in former Yugoslavia. - Will write and a copy of my letter will be placed in Lib.
