Question: When he intends to notify Caradon District Council of his response to the two planning applications, 94/1331/0 and 95/282/0, about the proposed Broadmoor Farm Business Park which were sent to the Government Office of the South West on 2nd December 1996. - As soon as the Secretary of State has completed his consideration of the issues raised.

Answer: Sir Robert Hicks: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he intends to notify Caradon district council of his response to the two planning applications, 94/1331/0 and 95/282/0, about the proposed Broadmoor farm business park which were sent to the Government office of the south-west on 2 December 1996; and if he will make a statement.
