- Whether, in the light of the Written Answer by Baroness Hayman on traffic problems in London, (583 c994), that "we are seeking to make the most efficient use of the existing road network and to develop new enforcement techniques to ensure that the network functions effectively", they will take steps to ensure that Hammersmith Bridge is re-opened to all traffic as soon as possible. - Inc fact that arrangements for reopening Hammersmith Bridge are unchanged from those reported (582 c290WA).
