- Which British kit and replica car manufacturers have received "single vehicle approval" (SVA), with dates; which other British manufacturers having made an application for SVA, either have not received approval or are awaiting retest; which other British manufacturers have notified the Minister that they are making design changes to their products and will be subsequently resubmitting for approval; and when the Government will publish the final SVA specifications. - Text of letter from Mr R Oliver of Vehicle Inspectorate.
