- To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will list the implementation milestones with their dates for the introduction of the online tax records information system; and to what extent these have been achieved to date; how much is planned to be spent up to 1st April 1999 on the online tax records and information system and its related computer installation; and how much has been planned for the next three year period.
