Mrs. Gillan: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the discussions held between Colonel Gadaffi and Kofi Annan about Lockerbie. [63818] Mr. Tony Lloyd: We remain in close touch with the United Nations Secretary-General, and are grateful for his efforts to persuade Libya to comply with UNSCR 1192. We look to Libya to provide an early and positive response.
