Mr. Baker: To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office if he will list the registers held by his Department which are open for inspection by (a) hon. Members and (b) members of the public. [59747] Mr. Kilfoyle: I refer the hon. Member to the Answer given by the then Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster my right hon. Friend the Member for South Shields (Dr. Clark) to my hon. Friend the Member for Leyton and Wanstead (Mr. Cohen) on 2 July 1998, Official Report, column 258. There are no separate arrangements for maintaining registers for inspection by hon. Members and members of the public.
