Mr. Duncan Smith: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what number of unemployed people has been assumed for each of the next three years for the purpose of calculating social security spending plans in the Comprehensive Spending Review. [58507] Mr. Byers: In line with the convention adopted by previous governments we do not publish forecasts for unemployment.
