To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, where it is intended that persons found guilty in the proposed trial of the Lockerbie suspects at The Hague will be imprisoned.

Sir Teddy Taylor: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs where it is intended that persons found guilty in the proposed trial of the Lockerbie suspects at The Hague will be imprisoned. Mr. Tony Lloyd: In the event of the Libyans accused of the Lockerbie crime being convicted by the Scottish court in the Netherlands, they would continue to be held at the Scottish facility pending any appeal; subject to which they would serve the remainder of their sentences in Scotland.
