- To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions (1) if he will comment on the structural problem identified in the Tees Barrage and ancillary works by external consultations appointed by the Teesside Development Corporation; and if he will comment on the current contractual obligations of the main contractors for the Tees Barrage. - Will write.
