- To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions (1) if he will investigate the links between former employees of Teesside Development Corporation, the Hartlepool Marina and the projected tall ships centre; and if he will investigate the links between Mandale Properties Ltd and former employees of Teesside Development Corporation. - My right hon. Friend has no reason to do so.
