Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will list the amount paid in each year since 1993 to Hunting BRAE Ltd for managing the atomic weapons establishments. - Includes fact the details of payments are commercially confidential.

Answer: Mr. Alan Simpson: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list the amount paid in each year since 1993 to Hunting-BRAE Ltd for managing the atomic weapons establishments. [52171] Mr. Spellar: Payments to Hunting-BRAE are commercially confidential and I am, therefore, withholding this information in accordance with Exemption 13 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information relating to Third Party commercial confidences.
