Mr. Hancock: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many defence projects for which foreign nationals have been cleared have then been reclassified to a higher security classification in each of the last five years. [45093] Mr. Spellar: Information is not held on the number of defence projects for which foreign nationals have been cleared which have then been reclassified to a higher classification. However, it is rare for any major defence project to be so upgraded.
