Ms Keeble: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment how much is built into the budget assumptions for increasing the capitation grant for sheltered employment placements for 1999-2000. [41780] Mr. Alan Howarth: There are no budget assumptions yet for 1999-2000. Budgets for specific Departmental programmes will be finalised when the outcome of the Comprehensive Spending Review has been announced later in the year.
