Mr. Dawson: To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department what action he intends to take in relation to media coverage of the person formerly known as Mary Bell and the High Court injunction of 30 July 1984. [40810] Mr. Hoon: It is not for the Government to take action. Any party to the injunction may refer the matter to the court if it is thought that there has been a breach of its terms.
