To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, if he will estimate the savings to his Department's expenditure on the Welsh Health Common Services Authority budget in relation to the Authority's fully repairing and insuring lease on Crickhowell House by extending the defects liability period beyond (a) 12 months, (b) 24 months, (c) 36 months and (d) 48 months. - Inc fact that information not available.

Mr. Rhodri Morgan: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will estimate the savings to his Department's expenditure on the Welsh Health Common Services Authority budget in relation to the Authority's fully repairing and insuring lease on Crickhowell House by extending the defects liability period beyond (a) 12 months, (b) 24 months, (c) 36 months and (d) 48 months. [38442] Mr. Ron Davies: The information is not available in the form requested. The landlord has paid for all repair work during the Defects Liability Period and there has been no effect on the budget of the Welsh Health Common Services Authority who are responsible for managing the building.
