Mr. Rhodri Morgan: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if the defects period pertaining to his lease of Crickhowell House remains in operation; and if he will make a statement. [35338] Mr. Ron Davies: The defects liability period expires on 31 March 1998. Discussions are taking place with the landlord regarding an extension.
