However, from the records available, personnel from the following overseas armed forces, other than the United States, are currently serving in the United Kingdom: Australia Bahamas Bahrain Bangladesh Barbados Belgium Belize Botswana Brazil Brunei Bulgaria Canada Chile China Czech Republic Denmark Ecuador Egypt Fiji Finland France Germany Ghana Greece Guatemala Hungary India Indonesia Ireland Israel Italy Jamaica Japan Jordan Kenya South Korea Kuwait Malaysia Morocco Mozambique Namibia Nepal Netherlands New Zealand Norway Oman Pakistan Papua New Guinea Paraguay Philippines Poland Portugal Qatar Romania Russia Saudi Arabia Senegal Seychelles Singapore Slovakia Slovenia South Africa Spain Sweden Switzerland Tanzania Thailand Trinidad and Tobago Turkey Ukraine United Arab Emigrates Uruguay Zambia Zimbabwe. This includes foreign military personnel on training courses in the UK, non-UK personnel in NATO appointments, and personnel on exchange or attachment with our own armed forces. It does not include personnel attached to foreign embassies and high commissions.
