Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will place in the Library a copy of the strategic alliance agreement signed between the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency and Mattra Marconi Space UK Ltd., for close collaboration in identifying research and technology programmes in space and spacecraft propulsion. - (Holding answer 4 March 1998).
