Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what sums have been recovered by his Department at RNAS Yeovilton following disclosure of irregularities in job booking practices in each of the last three years; and if he will make a statement.

Answer: Mr. Hancock: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what sums have been recovered by his Department at RNAS Yeovilton following disclosure of irregularities in job booking practices in each of the last three years; and if he will make a statement. [31939] Dr. Reid: It is presumed that the question refers to the billing of minor works services undertaken on behalf of RNAS Yeovilton by a contractor. Over the past three years, validation of invoices has revealed that £1,686.06 had been overcharged out of a total bill of some £20 million. This sum has been recovered.
