Mr. Livsey: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what inquiry he is currently conducting into the circumstances surrounding the theft of explosives from Dering Lines, Brecon, Infantry Training Centre during 1997. [30923] Dr. Reid: A Board of Inquiry is underway to investigate the theft of explosives from the Army Training Area, Sennybridge, following the conviction of a soldier serving at the Infantry Training Centre, Brecon. I understand that the Board has already established that no explosives were stolen from the Infantry Training Centre in Brecon itself.
