Mr. Winnick: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions if he will make a statement on the collecting of the full surcharge from Lady Porter following the recent court decision; and if he will make a statement. [22495] Mr. Raynsford: Collection of the surcharge amount confirmed by the Divisional Court is a matter for the auditor and the City of Westminster. I understand that there remains a possibility of appeals against the judgment of the Court.
